Task
Redesign and improve the current project management system of the company.
Axiom is a printing company with a large variety of products and services. Once the client does contact the company for a service, the project goes through several departments/people.
ISSUE 1: Many different departments are working on the project. This means, multiple people are doing different type of jobs, and they all need to see and input a lot of information, but they do not need to see all the information from other departments on their screen.
ISSUE 2. People use the system constantly during the day, which means everything needs to be accessible and at the maximum convenience, while not crowded.
